As always, I loved it all, and that was doubled as soon as I read the aztec references on your description which also are surprisingly well written (usually non-mexican folks tend to write those names a little off) count me a fan; ¡¡Felicitaciones!! Keep up the great work!!

Warlord-of-Noodles responds:

I try to get that sort of thing correct at the very least. Must be respectful you know.

Spooky

Yet beautifully done, I know it has no relationship at all but it reminded me the Pink Floyd movie.
Great, smooth, attractive. Congrtulations

I hope this works out for both the rappers and you because it's lots of fun, I LOLed a lot, and liked the idea of picturing that hypothetic rivalry between PRTs an NNJs, great job, congratulations and keep it up (If I were you I'll try to either remake this on a higher detail, no more puppets or reused BGs, or make it with a nother song of those guys, I'm sure you are able to make it extraordinary)

SodaKick responds:

Thank you for the kind words! Compliments make animation all worth it, but constructive criticism always helps any artist.

Personally though, I like the idea of keeping old things untouched for better or for worse. It can show how much you progress with your art work and to me it shows a great deal of self respect. And while I don't object to using flash puppets when done well, I will say that I have some plans in the future to do some things traditional and hopefully pirate rap themed. But don't quote me on that!

It's a start...

Certainly you are giving your first steps here and I praise you for that, but there are somethings that you need to put attention to:

- Yes, there are drawing styles that are made to llok messy: but this doesn't feel like that, I recommend you to watch some other animations on styles you find similar to ours, put attention to the details on them since they'll lead you to know how they did them.

- Define your character better: Make some standing still art from different angles until you are confident that you know your character as well as you know some real-life person

- Animate by parts: it seemed to me that you made the whole thing on a run rather than animating the bunny first, then the main character, then the backgrounds. that way you'll put more attention to the details of each part.

- Define your line-art: Some of the traces (like one of an eye blinking) seemed to be done on a rush and carelessly, don't animate on a hurry, take your time, defined lineart and colouring make most of the animations good or bad.

- Have fun: and don't give a damn about aggressie or rude comments, check who says them most will come from people that don't create anything and have no idea of the work behind your art, real artists will guide you rather than mock you (...but not forever so make an effort to improve with their comments).

If I'm being this hard is because I saw ambition on your animation, work hard for it!

Deer50 responds:

thanks :)

I demand moar wonders!!!

Although I'm only a disgusting human so my request might be most likely disregarded, I'll ask my cat to submit it for me.
Seroiusly, wonderful and fluid animations, appealing and vibrant. Great comedy and fun, magnificent music, we, the people that really appreciates a good job and not some generic troll, give this animation a 5/5 10/10.

Toonwerks responds:

Humans aren't disgusting! They're actually quite tasty with Heinz 57, but than again so is just about everything else.

Thanks for the review!

Good to see...

good to see a non-violent/random/porn/pony/genericl y-sick animation once in a while here at NG, though it was good I think it can get better on the next time, I liked it 5/5, the 8/10 is more about technique and stuff like the sound which I think was just a little bit noisy, other than that, Congratulations!

jackbliss responds:

Thanks a lot and I hope to put even more work into it next time :)

Duh...

That raped the s**t out of my youth, hahaha, I wonder how could I keep on watching 5 years of the same thing, you are a horrible person for making me think about it *sob* *sob* I hate you as much as I liked the animation and the fun of it. Congratulations!!

peixeaquatico responds:

ahahah

thanks

I won't lie: I almost cried

I like all the moving movies no matter how crazy or weird they might be, I could feel the story of this one, congratulations, its awsome to the point of making my eyes wet; I liked it a lot and...*sob*...I can't say anything else`...*sob*... until someone handles me a handkerchief...*sob*

ClockworkPixel responds:

:) thank you so much and don't worry hears a tissue

Y por enésima vez you just did it again

contratulations, it is a really good job and sincerely I won't belive you are an illustrator only since the animation is clean, fluent and good in general, and yet another of 'n' times you made me smile with your work, lots of congratulations and keep up the great job Gusana.

(I'm your f**king fan)

gusana responds:

gracias dude! deberas lo aprecio n_n

LOL

Great job, its so sticky, and it even saves you to watch at the 500+ episodes of One Piece since the idea is the same, seriously, I loved it and swear on my rum-drenched-trousers yo matey that Luffy would do to. The animation is kind of too simple, yet it fits properly with the purpose, work hard so this won't be your only Frontpage, Congratulations!

Steinberg responds:

Thanks!
I'm trying to do each animation better than the previous one.
I'm glad you liked it.
